Is Symplify free to use?
Yes! Symplify offers a free tier with core features including Easy Reading Mode, Focus Mode, 5 AI Summaries per day, 2 Video Recaps per day, and basic Usage Analytics. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access to all features.
Does the extension track my browsing?
No. The extension only collects data when you actively use a feature (like AI Summary on selected text). It does not track your general browsing history. Usage Analytics only tracks time on sites you explicitly allow.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings in the extension popup. Click the gear icon, go to Account, and select Manage Subscription. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Which browsers are supported?
Currently, Symplify is available for Google Chrome. Safari and Firefox extensions are on our roadmap and coming soon.
Can I use Symplify on multiple devices?
Yes! When you sign in to your Symplify account, your settings sync across all your Chrome installations automatically.
