Is Symplify free to use?
Yes! Symplify offers a free tier with core features including Easy Reading Mode, Focus Mode, limited AI Summaries, one Active Task Widget session, and 3 distraction blocks per month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access to all features.
How does Focus Contracts work?
Focus Contracts lets you set a financial stake on completing a task. If you complete the task before the deadline, you keep your money. If you fail, the stake amount is charged. This creates real accountability to help you follow through.
Can I get a refund for a failed Focus Contract?
No. Focus Contract charges for failed tasks are non-refundable by design. The accountability mechanism only works if the financial consequence is real. However, if a technical issue on our end prevented you from verifying a completed task, contact support within 24 hours.
Does the extension track my browsing?
No. The extension only collects data when you actively use a feature (like AI Summary on selected text or blocking a distraction). It does not track your general browsing history.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings in the web app. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
